From 3D CAD File to Finished Component in record time!!

With the right blend of dynamic and focused engineers, our engineering & development team has expertise in cold forming processes, understanding complex material flow and critical assembly of components. AHCPL’s design team uses the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technologies such as Solidworks, CATIA, etc. to develop highly refined precision spun, deep drawn & formed components in most optimized cycle-times.

Our seasoned director, Mr. Sandeep Sampat, leads our engineering and design office. He brings more than 4 decades of experience in tool design, engineering and development.

Utilizing our technical staffs’ vast experience, we leverage capabilities of supply of proto samples for testing/projects involving design, manufacture of cold-formed components & assemblies. Components are supplied as individual items or complete assemblies, depending on customer requirements.
