AHCPL is an One-Stop-Shop of your complete sheet metal requirements. AHCPL has an in-house tool design, engineering and development team. Tool design and development is carried out in AHCPL’s tooling department – a tool room with over 60 years of experience.

AHCPL follows the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework of procedures and techniques used to develop products in industry, particularly in the automotive industry.

In-house tooling manufacturing ensures flexibility in the planning process. It also guarantees that a shorter lead-time. The required tooling standards & costs are met. All tools are designed, developed and maintained in-house by AHCPL

The tooling is designed and developed using latest CAD / CAM – Software & CNC machines :

  • Tool rooms with Vast experience in design & development of tools for of wide variety of sheet metal parts like Deep Draws, Stretch draws, spun pulleys, close precision forms.
  • Core Tools (PPAP / FMEA / MSA / SPC / APQP / Control Plan) are primarily used at AHCPL.
